WELCOME TO BARN OWL COTTAGE AND SUNTRAP COTTAGE

At Stafford Barton, are part of a former farm, in the village of Colyford, which lies just west of Lyme Regis, over the border in Dorset and approx one mile north of Seaton in Devon . East Devon and West Dorset are all part of The World Heritage Coast, with its outstanding scenery and dramatic coastline.

These spacious character cottages which date back approximately 300 years, have full central heating and are furnished to a good standard.

The accommodation is as follows :-

Ground floor:- Entrance lobby , large lounge, and kitchen Dining room .

First floor, :- Good size master bedroom, with double bed.
Bedroom 2, with twin beds and bathroom on landing (bedroom 2 in Suntrap Cottage has large bunk beds).

In addition there is also an adult size single fold away bed in each cottage

Outside to the front is a sunny courtyard, with picnic table. Plus ample free car parking within our own land.

The tariff includes V.A.T. electricity, gas and bed linen is provided .
